Editing Top Tabs

I'm trying to change the link at the top of my site to connect to a new link, but I can't find where to change it at. I thought it was skin/customer/tabs..

I need to change the 2013 catalog to 2014 catalog with a new link.

Very Easy, these links are controlled in the admin section, Content -> Speed Bar
