Exceptions report

Would there be any way to make a report listing which products have exceptions? I cant seem to piece together what tables the data is in.
Does anyone have one already??
on 4.6.1 currently

Exceptions are stored in the xcart_product_options_ex table. exceptionid is an identifier of exception (service field) and optionid is an ID of option that is tied up with this exception.
