Changing link colors

Im curious as to how to change the color of all the links on the Xcart 4.6.1

The color of my background doesn't work well with all the links being blue. I am having trouble locating it in the .css file! Any advice/direction would be great!

you will look for "a" tag in the css file

Also, if you use Google Chrome or Firefox, you can right-click on the link with your mouse and choose "Inspect this element". This will open the dev. console displaying what CSS rules in which files make this element (the link) look as you see it.
