Need PHP help
 

Hello,
I'm not good at PHP at all.
Well, my problem is this.
I want allow customers to estimate shipping charges.
As default, XC make mandatory only Country field and State. Instead, I need Country and zip code to be mandatory as I create different destinations zone full of zip code. So it's very important that customer digit his zip code to get the right shipping charges. I know they are supposed to be "estimated" but I want to give customers an excellent experience on my store.

Someone can help me please?

This will require php and smarty template changes, it's not just "change state to zip..." thing

So Steve, do You think it's not possible to do? Does it require too many time??

It is possible to do of course. Not sure what it will require without actually taking a look at it, it shouldn't be too hard to do though

Am I missing something or would the standard "user profiles" function not work here
