Flash Welcome Banner

I'm trying to upload a flash banner to replace my welcome banner. I have searched the forum for the correct code and template to put the code into, but I have come up short. I uploaded the pwf file in common_files/images/custom and the template I was trying to modify was skin/common_files/customer/main/welcome.tpl

My script is attached.

(Sorry about if anyone is reading this post for the second time, but I originally posted the question in the wrong forum.)
