Moved Shopping Cart But Showing Empty when Full
 

Hi guys,
I got a little wierd problem, something to do with css but cant seem to figure it out...I have edited the ideal confort theme slightly for my website and ive tried moving the cart to the top right of the page and it seems to work fine with the exception that when i put something into the basket it still shows as empty....yet it works fine when its left in the left sidebar

Ive left the {include file="customer/menu_cart.tpl"} inside my sidebar as well to show it working there

If you put something into the cart you will see the icon change in the left sidebar but not in the top right cart despite them both using the same line "{include file="customer/menu_cart.tpl"}"

would really appreciate any help, its really thrown me
