Change skin from Light and Lucid to Vivid Dreams

Hello
I've just re installed my v4.4.5 and pointed it to my existing database which was using an Ability skin now I,m sure I chose the correct skin at the install but it seems to have reverted to light and lucid which is maybe what was in the database.
Is it possible to switch skins after an install ?

Thanks for the reply.I was certain it was there and found it with your hint
Admin settings,general settings and appearance in the right column.
