Easy way to disable CDSEO Pro
 

Hi guys

I'm hoping someone can help. I've got an old version of X-cart 4.1.9 with an edition of CDSEO installed. What I'd like to do is disable it and revert back to the standard X-cart functionality..

Can this be easily done?

Just go to CDSEO and disable it - there is an option right there in the settings. Major SEO implications of doing this though, BEWARE.

however, due to a domain change we have no access to the CDSEO panel so we are unable to access it. We have tried contacting the developers on numerous occasions but got no response so we have no other alternative other than to disable/remove!

Can it be disabled from PHPMYADMIN?

Look directly in the cdseo tables with phpmyadmin - there should be a flag if the module is active or not that you can switch

That mean you have no access to the store admin ??? How can you have an open store without access to the admin?

I think you can with SQL patch...


To re-enable, set the value of status to 1
