Adding a custom announcment under menu header
 

Ok, I would like to have a custom announcement bar under the header menu. It's a place where I can show, for example; 24hr delivery, all products in stock etc. it would also be nice to place a little icon before the text. I attach a file of how it should look. Only my background colour should be light grey or something that will look good and stand out.

Does anyone know on how to make this? Also it would be great if it's easy to change...
