Remove the Drop Down Per Page Box on Categories
 

Can anyone tell me how to remove the Per Page drop box in top right corner of categories page please ?

Learn to use the webmaster mode and basic smarty. The webmaster mode will tell you which template to edit for different elements on the page. Then you can comment out appropriate code using smarty comments
