[RESOLVED] Ajax Shopping cart pop up sizing
3 Attachment(s)
I'm having trouble getting the sizing to work correctly on the Pop Up windows after someone clicks Buy Now on a product. They only thing I can find to adjust on the back end that effects is the " Maximum thumbnail width in simple product list" setting in Appearance. But even then it still doesn't work right.
The problem I'm having is the Popup Window itself is not wide enough to hold all of the information. I've look through Css after Css trying to find the settings. When I use Firebug, I'm able to adjust the setting on the <div> to make the screen look correct, but I don't know where those settings are or what file they are in. You can see in the 3rd Pic that I adjusted the image size down to 125px wide, still not fitting. And of course it looks the same on IE and FF. I'd rather have large thumbnails on the popup window and a wider window than trying to shrink everything to make it fit. I've include 3 pictures of the issue. |
Re: Ajax Shopping cart pop up sizing
Hi there,
Have you tried looking for template file for the pop-up? It looks to me that it is either hard coded in the template, or it is javascript driven style adjustment. As this is a classic JQuery modal, i would assume that is javascript driven. |

You know I looked at so many files and then you said that. It made think over another place to check.
skin/common_files/modules/Add_to_cart_popup/product_added.js I changed " width: 550," to 750 I also changed "Maximum thumbnail width in simple product list" setting in Appearance back to 200 for both width and height. The new settings work with Main Product thumbnail size of 250 width just fine. I'm showing the vertical pic test in the pic. See attached Pic. |
