Special Offers Display

I'd love to be able to use special offers, but I can't because it displaces the home page image whenever I enable it. How do I turn off the display on the welcome page for both X-Cart 4.4 and 4.5?

You can modify the template and comment out the code that calls special offers module. The template is most likely skin/yourskin/customer/main/welcome.tpl
