Send to friend

Hi. I need help on how to make a "Send to friend" link that pops up like the "Login" popup link. I'll be putting this send to fiend popup link on individual product page. any help would be appreciated. X-cart version 4.5.4

Version 4.5.4 has a feature "Ask a question about this product" and if I were you I would just look at the coding of that and start from there.
