How To Edit "Contact Us" Page
 

I feel so silly asking but i cant for the life of me remember how to edit the "Contact Us" page. I can edit every other static page but i cant even find the Contact Us page amongst the other static pages

So im missing something very simple and would appreciate advise on how to edit it.

Ive even checked through Languages etc and cant see it there.

Appreciate some guidance.

Contact Us is not a Static Page. It is visible from help.php so it is one of the templates in Edit Templates > help. You may actually be looking for the Languages variable to change the wording. Or you may be looking to adjust which fields appear in the General Settings > Contact Us Options.

I wish to change the language variables.....appreciate the guidance and hopefully i can sort i out now. If not i will post again.

i have tried editing " /common_files/help/contactus.tpl" and cannot get my changes to show on the front end of site. is there anything i need to change?

Try /customer/help instead of just /help

What skin do you use? Does the template also exist in your custom skin directory? There is a setting to not check if templates have changed in the admin, is this on? Try running cleanup.php.
