Free Shipping using ex-tax prices, not inc-tax prices
 

Hi All,

I have set up two shipping methods so I can have an offer of spend over X and get free shipping.

All works well until I've noticed some orders have been charged shipping.

I found that the shipping calculation is using prices exclusive of tax, where as I wish for it to use prices including tax (as that is how our items appear).

Can you offer any suggestions on where to edit the calculation for this?

I'm currently looking in func.shipping.php but am yet to track down the variable.
