ajax popupOpen() issues.

Hi,

I'm nearing the end of my development of a store front but I've come across an issue relating to the jQuery UI script called popupOpen().

It works 100% correct in Firefox, Chrome and suprisnigly IE8 but I'm having issues with the popup in IE9.
My issue is that on IE9 it is using the whole page width and the title/close button are not positioned correctly.

I have replaced the original tabular structure to divs so the content can be more responsive for mobile devices.

Any ideas?

Got a link? Could take a look at it, otherwise it is going to be hard to advise without something to reference.
