Hi Ian (what a good name ;) )

YOu can change them in the language settings on the right hand side of admin screen. Choose "English" then "texts" you sould find them all in there.

OK I clicked on Languages but I am not seeing text? There is a Edit choice at the top with 15 pages??

Above those 15 pages you see "labels" drop the box open and you will see test in there.

Ohh so I can edit what the e-mail says going to my customers? (well my clients customers)

Yep! you can change most of the text in there even changing the menu headings too. Take your time and read everyone of them because in a few X-Cart is mentioned and you can either add the client name or just re-write them to suit the style of your cart design.
