Admin/home.tpl ?

I want to alter the admin main page to remove
<title>X-CART. Powerful PHP shopping cart software</title>

Which template is it and where ?
I assume "Admin/home.tpl" as it is refered to in admin/home.php

I did a search in Languages for "X-CART. Powerful PHP shopping cart software" and a load of results came up must have mised it so just searched for
"Powerful" instead and there it was !
