smarty includes in root html files
 

Hey guys,
I want to use my header and footer tpl files in my html files that are outside of /cart/ in the root directory /index.html for example. I want to include the tpl files so that I can use search and mini_cart and the like, is there a way to include these tpl files inside html that is outside the /cart/ directory?

Or maybe another way of accomplishing the same goal?
