Showing provider address on invoices
 

I'm using X-Cart Pro 4.5, with multiple sellers, but the address on sales invoices/receipts does not relate to the seller's address, giving the general store/company address instead.

Is there any way I can get the template to show the individual seller addresses/details instead of the store details?

X-Cart help would seem to suggest it does this, but even with seller address details filled in this is not showing through on the template.

"- In X-Cart PRO, this address is used a) as the origin address for the orders shipped from providers that do not have a seller address specified in their user profile; b) as the default origin address when testing the store's ability to receive real-time shipping rates."

Please make sure the seller address is specified for each provider -> Defining a Provider's Seller Address (X-Cart PRO)

I've already done this, but the address that shows up on the receipts emailed to customers is still the main store address, NOT the seller address...

Adding a seller address doesn't seem to make a difference to this value.

Is there a problem with my receipt email template?

So, for example. The main store address is:

Make ME Crafts
1 Fake Street
Fakesville

and the seller address is:

Make ME Paracord
22 Imaginary Avenue
Fairyland

The address that shows up on the invoices and receipts is always Make ME Crafts, despite Make ME Paracord having a different address in their seller profile.

OK, I see. It seems that I misunderstood your first post. You mean that seller address to be shown on invoice not just to be used for shipping calculation...

By default X-Cart uses that address only for shipping. Thus customization is required.
