HTML in static pages
In my old 4.1.11 site I had the static pages, which were virtually blank html files, then I used pages.tpl to control which templates were called. In 4.4.5 it doesn't work. The comment line I used for my html file actually shows up when I go to that page and the other templates are not called.
How can I get Xcart to see the html in the html file and handle it as such? |
Re: HTML in static pages
Adam, I may not be understanding exactly what you are asking. By default HTML is allowed in Static pages.
Possibly you are using smarty code in the static page? If that is the case you need to have "Parse Smarty code" enabled. I'm sure what you are trying to do is possible, it just may need a different approach in 4.4.5. |
Re: HTML in static pages
Silly issue found. I was cutting and pasting the html in the appropriate static page in the admin side. However, make sure the static page is in default editor mode and NOT in the WYSIWYG mode.
