Editing bottom of main cart window

I am tyring to find which template to edit the two columns at the bottom of the main customer window. It shows the headings Special and Need Help. Does anyone know which templates files controls this area?

I am using the vivid dreams aquamarine skin on x-cart Gold 4.4.5

Use the webmaster mode to find out the exact template
