Playing around with the search?
 

I cant find out how to activate the search function on the front end
Where do I get it so that random people using the site can search through the products?
I think if it was link to the form, I must have deleted it or something, so can I have the code and ill put it into head.tpl?

oh I gather the code is

ok, so now Im trying to get my search form (advanced)
http://fixmysite.us/island_bangles/xcart/search.php
so it will fit in the sidebar (like the image on the bottom, right of that page)
and how do I create that other "Search by color" search option?
Should I use the google search thing I've never used it before)

ok,I think I'd like to change the pre-filled field in the search box (right side) from "Search" to "Search by keyword"
Can I do this from the back end or should I just change the fields value in the search.tpl flie?
Also, id like to style the advanced search page (If I can)
And can I add a search by item color to that search function?
