STATIC PAGES WILL NOT COMING UP UNDER SELECTED LANGUAGE
 

hi,

i need help with the static pages in version 3.4.7
I have added an embedded page for the language=german (Default Customer Language).
But this added page, will not be shown in the shop, their i receive the ERROR =" Page didn't found"

If i add, a embedded page for Language English, the shop displays the site immediately.

Why did the shop think, that the customer language is english. Under languages, GERMAN has been selected as default. how can i fix it?

Just a thought... did you select German language when you created the german page in admin ?

yes i did !!

maybe just a little info more: customers can't select any other language, the language drop down menu in the header has been removed

Until 3.5.3 language selection is only visible in the Home page.

Do you have a URL or could you open your Profile and add your version number like this:

We are using 3.4.7

we dont need/want the menu, we call the pages directly. so urls are:

customer/pages.php?page=10

if this is called in my browser, the shop cant find that page cause the shop thinks (on customer side) that its default language is english.
and there is my prob, what do i have to do that the shop uses the default language (german) which is selected in admin area.

I have a 2. store running same version and there i have no problems, so why here?

Embedded pages not showing in other than US-not solved?

In the latest release I see that the embedded pages are still not showing when another language than English is selected.
I am working on a new site and very much would like to use embedded page in Dutch and other languages.
On my old site I had the "work around" by uploading Dutch as if it was English, then it worked. But now I will be wanting to use different languages.

It only works when when admin and customer are set to same language.

Searched the forum but have not found an update on this topic or same issue, nor has it been fixed by x-cart, the issue exists since the beginning.

Has anyone been able to find a solution for this?
Any input is welcome.
