I'm needing a live chat system that works with cell phone too.
 

I've looked at the Gahela Support - Tickets, Knowledgebase, Live Chat for your X-Cart store and it looks great but for most of the day I'm on the road installing mobile electronics and accessories. It would be great if it had a mobile feature. I guess that's where the support ticket feature comes in. I don't get home in front of the computer unless I'm home, off early or it's late at night. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with any chat systems that will work with your cell phone? I have found one called Live Help Now but it costs some money. http://www.livehelpnow.net/n/solutions/mobile_chat.aspx

Any ideas would be great.

Have you seen http://www.olark.com ?

It operates in IM clients, so I'm assuming it will work for cell phone use.

There is a free plan.

Thanks Phil. After searching more I've found quite a few now. I seen on your site you had one and when I looked up the name I found a site that compares your with http://oggchat.com/ The Oggchat allows to use your phone as well with Google Talk I guess. They all seem to cost some money so I'm researching hard to make sure I pick the right one.

We are using myEchat from myEcommerce.biz, it works real well, web based and its a software so no monthly charges.
did not try it with cell phone but since it is all web based...

www.craftysyntax.com is the best and it is free. mobile version is like 4.99 on the app store.
