Rebuilding Descriptions
 

Hello
Ive modified in bulk via the database tables & inserted some text into my products fulldescr field, however the changes do show as correct in product modify but wont show at customer level unless i physically save the product again in admin

is there a way i can inject this bulk charge to the fulldescr field & rebuild so it shows without having the edit each product ?

Why are you changing fulldescr field in database? change it in xcart admin or if you have to change the fulldescr field for many products you can use import and export tool

I need to add the product title of every product into the fulldescr field with over 5000 products doing it in admin is not viable

That could be pain

I would suggest using import/export tool. I think that is the easiest way.

If you are not using more then one langauge for your store empty xcart_product_lng table, do not delete the table, delete its contents
