Products displaying membership price instead of regular price

Hello,

I have a store where all of the products are displaying the membership price rather than the regular retail price.

For example:
http://shop.memberpetsupply.com/product.php?productid=18281&cat=0&page=

This product initially displays $42.10 (actual price) for a 30 lb bag, but if you change the size options, it will revert back to 37.84 (member price). Once added to the shopping cart, the regular price is displayed again.

Anybody know why this might be happening?

I see the behavior. Not much help except to say that it is most likely javascript related. Has this just recently happened? Where any changes made that might affect JS?

I did change of few of the template files - before only the membership price was showing, rather than the regular price. I have it mostly working, but I can't figure out how to get the drop down option prices to change. Any idea what that file might be called or where to find it?

I apologize, I'm not at all familiar with X-Cart. I mostly work with .NET applications.

I don't know off the top of my head unfortunately. If youlike, I am free to investigate this for you professionally.

I would attempt restoring the original template files that came with your distibution. You can get a copy of the source code from your helpdesk. If the behavior does not exist in a fresh copy of your version, then you know your modifications are to blame. A quick diff comparison should sort things out after that.

Hope that helps,
-Mike

Hey Mike,

I appreciate the help. There was a previous programmer that I am no longer able to contact, and I think he did a bunch of custom modifications. I don't think I would want to overwrite all of his changes, but rather just fix the bug with changing product options. Is that something you might be able to fix for me? If you send over a quote I could probably get approval from my boss.

Thanks,
-Mike
