Customize Shipping Estimate Error Message
 

Hi. I would like to change this message: "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a shipping cost estimate for this order.Click here to learn about possible reasons." For some unknown reason this is what it says on the 'checkout' page until the customer enters in their address. It's unnecessary. What file is it located in so that I can change it?

It is a language variable. Search for it in admin/languages. You can also set default address and click on "presume customer is from default country..." in admin settings to show estimated shipping cost instead of that message

I looked for it in common_files/admin/main/languages.tpl but don't see it. Am I in the wrong spot?

yes you are. log in to admin go to content/languages. it is not in a file
