Adding new pages?
 

How do you add new pages to x-cart?
Something that allows me to pull a template that I create into the framework of the site?
I know how to create a template - I guess what I'm after is how do I set up the conditions for it getting pulled via the site?

Cotton Age is correct, you can add additional pages easily via static pages, and provide links to them via the speed bar or help menu.

If you are asking how to add something more complicated, please elaborate on what you would like to do. Anything is possible with X-cart.
