Bonus Points on Product Variants

Is there any way to assign different Bonus Points when a product uses variants?

For example: I sell one product with 4 bonus points but I also have a variant of a case of 30. From what I can see I can only choose a bonus point of 4 for the one item or 120 points (4x30) on the case. Any work around?
