Adding 3 products to cart with one click
 

We want to add a functionality to an existing x-cart version 4.1.3, where for a particular product we want to add a button / or a link to enable the user add 3 more related products to the cart. In short, a single click to add a group of 4 products to the cart.

Has anyone done something like this?
