Help with footer

Hello,

For some reason, my website footer is all over the place.

The first one is from IE
is the correct way I want it.

the next one is from
Firefox and chrome
How is I make it stay the way it is in IE?

Can someone please, tell me how is can correct this?

If I was you, I would create one graphic or you could put all the graphcs in a table set to a fix width
