Display Membership Pricing Upon Login
 

Good day.

I have spent some time searching for this, but I am sure I have probably just overlooked the solution.
I apologize if that is the case in advance.

I have a customer that is wanting to show the membership discounted price once a user logs into the store. This pricing would be shown whenever the price is shown for a product whether it is on the product list page, the product search results page, or the product page itself.

I am hoping this is not a big change and can't see why it would be.

I am currently using X-Cart 4.4.3.

Setup membership prices for products - they will show only for customers assigned to that membership. You have to use wholesale pricing

Thank you for the reply.
I do have Membership level pricing setup with users assigned to the appropriate membership levels.
However, whenever a user logs in, they don't see the discounted price, but instead just see the regular pricing for the product.
When they add the product to the cart and then go to the cart to checkout, it is there that they finally see the discounted amount and their discounted subtotal.

So, I am guessing that from your statement, the only way to do this is in a two step process.

1) Setup the membership levels with their discounts and assign users to that membership level.
2) Setup wholesale pricing for all 10,000+ products in the system.

After these two steps and ONLY after these two steps will the member discounted price show on a product page, the product list page or the search results.

Is this correct?

If you want them to see their own membership prices then yes you have to set wholesale price for quantity of 1 for this membership

I know this is an old thread but I'm having trouble understanding this.

Why do you have to set the quantity to 1 for a product to show up with wholesale pricing?

Wholesale items have their own inventory in X-Cart? That sounds needlessly complicated.

Because membership pricing works under wholesale module
