Newsletter subscribe above the old news?

On the newsletter page, It shows the 5 newest newsletters like it's supposed to, but the subscribe dialog is at the bottom, and I want it on the top, right above the newsletters. Anyone know how to move it to the top?

Edit the news template and just move that block above news. Use webmaster mode to locate the exact template

Thank you very much, I never thought about using webmaster mode, and couldn't find the right template without it.
