Add Provider Only Static Page
 

I'm trying to add a static page that is only for the Provider to see and use. While in Admin - Static Pages I only see how to add static pages that Customers will see.

I only want to add a Help Page for my Providers to see.

How do I add a Static Page in Provider Help box that only Providers will see?
