Rubymods GeoIP module not showing languages
 

I have installed the GeoIP module from Rubymods on our test server and when I access the "Rubymods GeoIP Country -> Language assignment" screen the drop-down languages are only populated with "Default" and do not include the second language of "Spanish" that is installed on our site. The first language is "English" and from what I understand from the instructions 3 options should be shown:

• Default
• English
• Spanish

Has anyone else encountered this, have any suggestions or even managed a successful implementation because some of the installation instructions were wrong e.g. wrong directory names, errors in the DIFF file that do not match an X-Cart Pro V4.4.1 installation?

Has anyone actually managed to get any support responses from Rubymods? I raised a support request on Monday and still nothing by today (Thursday). If we treated our customer this way we'd be out of business!

Can anyone recommend a solution that is the equivalent to the Rubymods GeoIP module BUT actually works? We need the current language to be auto selected based up the customer's IP address.

I eventually received a fix for file 'ruby_geoip_a_countries.php' from RubyMods which fixed the issue.
