google +1 button in speed bar ?

my client wants a google +1 button to appear on the speed bar

he has sent me the code below - any idea of how I can achieve this?

Your best off buying the Social bookmarks module, as every site needs one. (It's cheap too) If he doesn't want to invest, tell him the google +1 is making sites very slow, which it is, unless they've fixed this.
