Provider Registration - want to call from home_main.tpl
 

I would like for my provider registration form to appear on a 'skinned' page, the same as customer registration, shopping cart, home screen etc. It looks like it needs to be a call from home_main.tpl, but I can't quite figure it out. Can anyone direct me how to do this? It should be simple enough, I guess I'm just not savvy enough.

Anyways, I think the site visitor should still see pages that are 'skinned' like the rest of the site while inquiring about becoming a vendor. They should only see admin-skinned pages after they've been approved.
