Shipping HELP... UPS

Customer is getting the following error at shipping checkout. Can anyone help me with this?

UPS Realtime shipping rate calculation service returned the following error:
The postal code 29720 is invalid for SD United States. (errorcode: 111285)

29720 is a zipcode for Lancaster, SC not SD so yes they will get an error and no rates
