Marketing Manager Profit Report Problem
 

Has anyone had the experienced with Firetank Market Manager where the "Product Profit Report" only reports a sale of ONE of each item?

All the other reports have the correct number of items. What's really painful is that it's the only report that lets us download the data to excel.

I am looking for a simple report where I can download the total of each item sold per month.

I have... but sometimes you get faster answers from the forums! Also it helps to share experiences in case there are others with the same problem.

I have not yet heard anything back from Firetank on this!
