Our Price field
I want the consumer to choose an option in the drop down and then the price to show up in the lbl_our_price box, but it just stays blank. Then if the consumer puts the price in as well, it puts the item in the cart 2 times. Does anyone know how to either remove lbl_our_price OR make that field automatically place the price when chosen in the drop down? I appreciate any help I can get...

Re: Our Price field
You can set the price for each product option. If the product has no "default" price, I think it will display "enter your price"... its been so long that I've forgotten to do this that I've forgotten :)
I'm not sure why you want the customer to enter a price... wouldn't they always enter $0.00? |
Re: Our Price field
Ideally I would like for the customer to choose a price from the drop down menu and then below the total updates. Right now, the total(Our Price) doesn't update, it just stays $0, but if they choose something in the drop down it still adds to the shopping cart. very confusing from the customer end. I just want the 'Our Price' field to total what has been selected above.

Re: Our Price field
When the customer chooses an option the price should change dynamically (automatically) to whatever the price is for that option. It only displays $0.00 for "our price" if you have no "list price" or "sale price" set, and no pricing on your options.
You should set a "base price" and put that as the "list price (our price)"... then adjust the pricing in the options section of the product. You didn't say if your options are a "price modifier" or a "product variant" and the way you set pricing is different depending on which on you choose. |
