Language Mod.
 

Just got X-Cart a few days ago, so I'm a little new to all of this. I am trying to put in our companies Terms and Conditions. Found where I was supposed to do this, followed the help guide, but I keep getting this error.

Any ideas on what I'm donig wrong?

check to make sure you dont have blank spaces at the end of your config.php file

There was a blank space at the end of my config.php file, I deleted it, but I still get the same error.

maybe you added some odd code to the entry in the languages database.

you could hard code the content into the conditions.tpl file in help folder

Hmmm, its not just the terms and conditions though. Its every time I try to change anything with the lanauge mod it gives me this error. the werid thing is everything gets updateded even with this error. Any ideas?
