Add to Cart button label

Dumb question, can someone tell me where I can can change the addto cart button label to read something like "Add to Basket" instead or modify the add_to_cart.tpl code;

{include file="customer/buttons/button.tpl" button_title=$lng.lbl_add_to_cart}

This "lbl_add_to_cart" is a language variable and you can change its value in admin/languages

I changed value for "lbl_add_to_cart" from Add to cart to Buy Now.
cleared template cache also but still shows button text as "Add to cart" instead of Buy Now !:? :(
