Coupon Works withlogin user only
 

I have created coupon with Free shipping the problem is

only registered customer can use it if anybody buy the product and then without registering trying to apply coupon then it gives error like coupon expired.. after getting this error many clients go away from my site. and i am loosing sales.

All I want is any one can apply coupon after selecting the product so they are assured that they will be getting free shipping.


Any help with this?

You probably created the coupon "per customer" which makes it available to registered user only. Create it again without "per customer"

Yes you are right but if i don't check mark that then it will be only ONE COUPON and the benefit will not pass to other people...
and i have to create multiple coupons which is not user friendly

Any solution for that?
