Add upsell info under buy it button
 

Hello there,
I am looking at setting up a new xCart installation, but would like to know if there's a way to customize the product display page before I do this.

What I am wanting to do is create a space under the "buy it now" button with some brief text, a link and price,

Basically, I am wanting to sell customized cartoon's, and under the buy it now I'd like to add text that says "You can also add your image to a key chain, mug, t-shirt, etc.", with links to such products. This OR create an upsell on the checkout page that says something like "add to keychain for just $xxx". Perhaps both, depending on the time and coding needed and cost to hire it out if I cannot do it.

Is this something that is do-able? I can't have this text appear on ALL products, but many of them....Would need it category based.

wouldn't the built-in upselling module work? if not the bcse upselling prods mod (http://www.bcsengineering.com/store/upsell-ordering-for-x-cart.html) should work. I use it all the time.
