changing header 3 columns
 

Hi,

I'm trying to install the 3 columns template on 4.4.2 and I wanted to add a header graphics

Where do I do that? under the 2 columns folder?
if so, is it skin/customer/head.tpl?

I cannot find it...

Is there a system to locate where is the tpl I need to modify?

It will be in 3 columns skin directory. For that one you can either edit common_files/customer/head.tpl or create /customer/head.tpl in 3column directory and edit there

I have successfully changed the header graphic but cannot get the size to change. I've edited main.css.

Also, how do I get the "Mr." in the header to change to something else or just delete? Where do I edit that?

I think the size may be stipulated in altskin.css, depending on which skin you are using.

The "Mr" is part of the user settings.

I don't see a file by that name. Wouldn't it be where main.css is?

What version of x-cart are you using? This forum is for 4.4.x and if you are using that you should have a altskin.css in the "theme" folder (artistictunes_business, fasionmosaic_blue, etc.) besides having a main.css in the common_files/css folder.

Firefox + firebug tells you exactly what css files are being used.
