Where is this template?

A long time ago I found the .tpl file where I could rearrange the home page and put the featured.tpl above the welcome.tpl. I can't find where I did that again. Where is that file? Thanks.

featured.tpl is typically called from within welcome.tpl

Webmaster mode will tell you exactly what is what :)

I completely forgot about webmaster mode. Haven't used it in ages. Thanks for the help guys/girls.
