Looking for Freelancer / Filtering Porducts + Product List Pages

Is here any Freelancer, who has got an experience in coding and can proggram the filtering mod, which will work (Different parameters for each category) -the one I've bought from Carts on Steroids doesn't work.

Also want to change the product list design for each category - different design.

Pls, let me know. I need it urgently.
