Add a search field for the shipping tracking number in admin area? (will pay)

Does anyone know how difficult it would be to add a search field for the order tracking numbers in the admin area?

I'm looking for someone that could do this modification.

This will require php and template files changes. Shoudln't be too difficult to do. You can email with details - email in signature
