Finance Application Form

I would like to add a Finance Application Form to my website that would be e-mailed to me when completed by the customer. Information would include very personal credit information from the customer (SSN, employer, net income, etc.). Is there a way of doing this securely, and can i do this on static HTML pages?

Not really sure about this one...
One thing is certain, you would need to use a SMTP or IMAP mail server in SSL mode (because of the personal data asked for).

I don't see any reason you could not make it a static page.
